I am going to get straight to the point…don’t do it! This is the worst company I have ever worked for and I have worked for luxury brands before. The management team is horrible, there is no support and no one is held accountable for their actions. Cons: • There is NO consistency so you can never take what they do or say seriously. • The bonus structure is laughable. • Your schedule will be all over the place. • The stores and client services are not on the same page. • Your personal space is not yours. • Growth? No such thing It is very pretty on the outside but insanely rotten on the inside.
