It's all about politics in corporate- if you get a raise, promotion, training, etc. For some employees you will move up quickly if your manager speaks highly of you, if your manager is more quiet you will sit in the same role for years. Some departments work as a team and efficiently, while other are still very much in a hierarchy structure. There is absolutely no work life balance. EXTREMELY high turnover.
