Pros

Great product, easy to sell. Days go by so quickly because it's always busy and there's always something to do. ICON, the clientelling program is really enforced and easy to get the hang of. Great peers but a little cliquish

Cons

The pay is low and they keep it low. After a 25 cent raise, I got a 10 cent raise. I merchandised well, was clean and neat, always made my goals, never had customer complaints, worked diligently, and was always compliant. I was never encouraged to move up and when the time came and I expressed my interests, my lack of experience was always what kept me back. Lack of experience, which they would never give me the chance to earn and show. This happened more than 3 times, and I finally knew they don't care for your professional growth. The customers have so much power now. There use to be a little dignity behind the brand, the product, and the sales team. I used to protect the integrity of the brand, which sometimes means saying NO to the customer. However, I feel I can no longer say no from fear of a complaint. The customer is like a baby now that we have to coddle and treat like a fragile piece of glass. It's too much.
