Pros

The diversity and people are great. The benefits are somewhat good and 401k. They push and help pay for education as well.

Cons

This company is way too big for its own self to be organize. There’s absolutely no training and/or minimal training given. Nobody keeps procedures and only the successful ones are the ones that have been there for decades. It’s very tough for new employees and graduates to the company because you have to learn things on your own and basically figure it out. You have to fail here in order to be shown how to do things or receive training. This is the most frustrating part because you will have a hard time to grow and learning new things. It’s very disorganized here and unless you know people to go to then you will sink. If you are new and require training then this company is not the right fit for you. Go with a company that’s more structured and actually provide formal training. Otherwise, you’d regret being here and feel frustrated when you shouldn’t be at a job. Makes it very hard to get up in the morning to come to work because it’s like what do I have to teach myself or figure out now. There’s been a lot of people leaving for this.

Pros

You eventually quit or get fired.

Cons

Wanted to work here since I was about 5. Spend 3 years drudging through their poor managed company. One of the biggest let down if my life finding out that they do not live up to their image. Wonder why the CEO left? Don't. HR, with a combined-IQ-of-25, will screw up your career. They will fire you based only on allegations of someone not liking you. They don't lead anything in the space community. Also, as an engineer, you'll be copy and pasting for 15 years until you're upper management, and then do cool stuff for 5 years until you get to use your horrible retirement. Benefits might as well not even exist.
