      Pros

      Everyone was extremely passionate and dedicated to their project. There was a strong bond between employees, senior and junior, and the lab really made efforts to make the environment as positive and collaborative as possible.

      Cons

      There is no, leaving your work at work. Everyone would frequently come in late at night, stay well into the night, and visit the lab on weekends and holidays in addition to their regular day's work. It kind of became common to have this level of dedication.
