Terrible work-life balance Very bad management of employee relations Long term employees are there due to who they know and not their quality of work. Engineers treated very badly. Long term employees, supervisors and Engineers have a sense of entitlement and force you to respect hierarchy due to their time with the company even though they may have less experience and knowledge than you.

They invest a lot on digital engineering and 3D environment. Good salaries

Cons

Sterilized environment I was employed for Hinckley. The amount of lies you will hear to get you in this project is beyond imagination. False promises. Rough and stiff policies. People barely talk to each other. Most of the people wants to leave which bring the moral quite low. My advice if you are working already for another Tier 1 contractor and want to move to LOR and Hinckley Point then I suggest don't go. Think of your biggest mistake ever done in your life and the pain caused because of that. By the time you move to LOR , this mistake would be second biggest ever.....

being part of the drive for embracing technology and innovation. Wonderful management team. Companies financial "health" and future. Positive work culture and co-workers

Cons

My view of the company and the experience here is largely positive with very few negative things to pick. The work/life balance is not great. The maximum holidays one can take at a stretch is 2 weeks. Totally understand the reason behind it. But for someone like he who travel more than 5000 miles to go home once in a while its not the best situation
