Nice people for the most part. Many departments do precious little work and the staff working there have fairly relaxed lives.

Cons

The business has been locked for years in interdivisional fighting between senior management, the company has underinvested in online and won't be able to compete in the future. B&Q especially is in dire straights and their umpteenth CEO seem to be faltering with staff increasingly confused
