The desk is run like a concentration camp,no talking amongst colleagues unless it involves work, no breaks allowed, if your from your chair for more then 10 minutes you are questioned about your whereabouts upon return, no progression allowed unless you seriously complete some hardcore probationary brownosing, even then very little chance of progressing on to another team due to lack of exposure to their systems, leads push you to take only half an hour lunch every day and if you decline you are considered to be disruptive to the team and not exebit the behaviour required.

Nothing company specific but more to do with my role. Like most big corporates the hours can get long but generally it is ok.
