Pros

good benefits and working environmentt

Cons

The changes of strategy around common ranges, to not , to unified offer created a lot of uncertainty and moved and removed a lot of valuable talent. HR are not managing the talent pool.

Pros

It's inspiring being involved in an international company that is going through so much change. It can be tiring at times as the level of current change can feel quite relentless, but it's exciting at the same time. I'd rather be working hard here as it's a company that is going somewhere.

Cons

If you don't like change and would rather have a 9-5 this isn't the company for you. But I really get a buzz out of it.
