20%discount,6 weeks hols, friendly team, team briefing, product knowledge

Cons

No more bonus, no double bank holiday pay and day in lue, no time and half on Sunday, harder to change department, no pay rise when you have trained in different things in, carpet cutting, first aid you can have more responsibility but no benefits just stress and more work load.
