      Pros

      Generally nice team Lots of opportunities for progression No 2 days are the same Staff canteen with lots to choose from Flexible start finish time

      Cons

      Processes are convoluted and not conducive to being productive Them and us management style Highly critical although I know some managers are better than others (I just wasn't lucky) Collegues can be under so much time pressure that they do not cooperate or work as a team because they're trying to keep their head above the water A few rude people Challenged constantly by OpCos

      The big international Company with good development and opportunities worldwide. The staff is highly qualified and TOP-management focuses on people and Company's goals

      Due to the big structure it is nacessary to update several process and their structure but the Teams are great and very nice
