Going through a digital transformation

Pros

The digital hub is a creative and exciting place to work. Full of supportive and relaxed people, both at my level and above. The culture has a start up feel, and design is taken seriously.

Cons

This contrasts the rest of the business, there is an archaic feel to many of the more traditional departments which makes collaboration slow and difficult. Growing at such a fast pace has left the digital hub with little career progression structure in place.
