Pros

Really great experience can be gained from working at Kingfisher. There is always something that needs working on so you're not quiet for long.

Cons

The projects and ranges are often delayed due to lack of understanding of how the teams all function together which impacts the amount of time left to finish tasks. Because of this often teams can become quite political and unsupportive of the wider teams. Not all but some managers are also looking to advance to the next level and support for their teams is minimal.
