Pros

Good Salary offered to staff and Pension Scheme is also very good with flexibility to tailor to your choice. Food options in Canteen also good.

Cons

Outdated Processes so you are constantly under pressure with workload. structure is poor and senior managers haven't taken responsibility for this and this led to Constant infighting.

Pros

International, diversity, this company used to care people, treasure hard working staffs, clear directions, clear objectives, staffs feel like moving forward with company, but no more now.

Cons

Top management not willing to take responsibilities. Big ambition, but company is a mess, conflicts between departments. Do not accept different voices. Directors just sit and do nothing. Poor management on contract review.
