Pros

Most of the staff are pretty friendly There's plenty of subject matter experts

Cons

Project teams avoid taking ownership for their tasks. Expertise is easy to find but very hard to make any use of. Site restaurant is over priced. There's not enough toilets for a building of 5000 staff, always closed or out of use. Parking is restricted at Southampton for 1 week in 4 where you have to make use of the park and ride.
