      great resources, benefits of working for large company, well connected, generally easy going culture, lay-offs less likely, decent benefits, good location.

      Cons

      too much overhead work and red tape, not good enough with technology, hiring decisions are not, management not efficient, no raises.

      Pros

      For graduates, it is a solid program - as typically people of similar age [18-25] come through the ranks & support each other with endeavors such as completing the CA program. The firm provides plenty of in house training making it easy for employees who have the initiative to enhance their skills.

      Cons

      Because it is such a large firm, it is easy for a lack of recognition to occur. The usual office politics are expected of a large corporation - but the main sticking point is it affects reviews. If the employee believes in a meritocracy, they will be gravely disappointed with the process. Any ranking that suggests you are above average needs to be explained and signed off by the top brass, making it rare to obtain such performance ratings.
