      Pros

      Good people doing important work for both the government and the country. It is critical that we have companies this large to handle big missions.

      Cons

      It is very easy to get lost in their still of project management - where your employment is tied to a project, not the company as a whole - so when the project (or task) is over than folks are scrambling for work (as it should be when the money stops flowing in to the company)

      Pros

      Work/Life Balance. Pay is good and competive.

      Cons

      No accountability. Sr. Mgmt focuses more in reactive mode vs. proactive mode. Good talented people often leave the company because new ideas or changes are not welcomed. Most want to leave things status quo. It takes forever to make a decision. Very good at meeting , but horrible at executing "best practices".

      Pros

      They have a lot of knowledge base to learn. I am happy to have such a group of people that has such a kowledge that I can ask any thing any can get the answer.

      Cons

      The career development seems a little slow due to the poeple in the senior positions tend to stay long. A little slow in communications.
