      Technically skilled and procedure driven nstitution that struggles to adapt to change in market and business conditions.

      Pros

      Very large corporation, international opportunities, pretty good base salary, procedure driven culture and "stable" environment for the ones who like that. Work force is technically very skilled.

      Cons

      Procedure driven, a lot of red-tape, internally oriented, with very conservative business approach and very little appetite for taking risk. Poor (medical) benefits program. Depressing office work environment. Legal Dept is basically running the company /business. They act as the world is revolving around KBR. Very slow to adapt to new business conditions and opportunities. Very high average age in company. Feels like an institution. Struggles to make acquisitions quickly when such opportunities comes up

      This company pays well for dangerous work. There are a lot of opportunities for making money even if you are useless.

      Cons

      You can get your self killed at you job and no job is worth your life. Negative press of the company.

      Pros

      Very laid back, easy culture, cordial and friendly atmosphere, lot of experienced people with more than 20 years of work history in EPC

      Cons

      Very slow in administrative processing, very slow in promoting young engineers and giving them more responsibilities. Managers need to attach more weight to feedback and inputs from yong engineers.
