      Used to be great - now embarrassing

      Pros

      Mentorship and knowledge sharing was great, good 401 k plan. I have worked here over ten years and have seen a once competitive and competent company turn into a lack of company focus to win projects due management arrogance and poor leadership.

      Cons

      No more paid US holidays (who does this?), cut PTO days on half, terrible leadership transparency, low employee morale

      - KBR isn't the KBR it used to be - No leadership - top to bottom, it's broken. - Client base has options, and competitors are winning the work - A strategy exists, but it isn't the right strategy. Furthermore, no one knows about this strategy, no communication; even in critical business leadership
