      Not horrible, but I wouldn't go out of my way to work for them again.

      Okay benefits. Minimal interference with getting the job done.

      Cons

      No insight into actual working conditions of their employees, tried to stiff us on annual wage increases. The other two companies on our contract with us had to enforce the terms of the contract to make them give increases. Our increases didn't come close to matching cost of living when we got them. They also demanded we follow a dress code that didn't match the standard of dress at the facility where the contractors actually worked.

      Different Logo....Same Management Mentality

      You'll work with some of the finest engineers and technical professionals.

      Cons

      Paid Time Off hours max out at 176 hours after 10 years. Merit increases (< 2%) don't reflect customer's satisfaction with work provided. What should be written clear documented policies are communicated to employees as "guidelines" which are then left up to HR interpretation. Low morale among employees.
