Pros

Great vehicle designs, decent salaries and a huge variety of roles. Some really exciting global roles if that suits you along with other fairly unique roles. Brands well recognized and respected, and it's a job you can be proud to share with friends. There are some genuinely great perks that are fairly unique to a company like JLR.

Cons

Sometimes a large disconnect between the companies values and what really goes on, with seemingly little desire to align reality with the vision despite frequent email reminders and well intended initiatives, they fail to get to the heart of the issue. The company has modernized rapidly but some areas have been unable to keep up. Archaic management practices still exist in areas of the company, this includes shouting, aggression and general fear tactics particularly amongst the senior management and directors.
