      Pros

      Good culture and teams to work with. Decent remuneration

      Cons

      Slow progression due to HR policies and processes. Recently frozen all promotions until further notice (as at Aug 2015). Bureaucracy means it's hard to innovate most of the time.

      Pros

      If you qualify for a company car it is a massive and rewarding perk. It's a global business - there are very few other companies that can truly claim that.

      Cons

      Infrastructure issues caused by fast growth continue to be ignored. Parking/ catering/ office space/ toilets/ IT systems and IT hardware are a disaster. Culture of reduced delegation of authority - many feel they have been demoted in the last 18 months.
