Pros

Plenty of opportunities for training and development, well structured grades and progression opportunities for most. Full of great people who are passionate about the product.

Cons

Limited progression opportunities for engineers who want to be specialising in subjects. If you're a good project and personnel manager you can go far but don't expect to be supported if you want to specialise and lead a technical team. Traffic and parking is a nightmare.

Pros

Good products, a collaborative culture with employees and peers, and certain good perks. Growth opportunities exist. Some good communication tools eg teamtalk and question time

Cons

Bullying can be disguised through the term of high performance. Highly political environment with the old guard focussed on empire building. This is done at a cost to added value and quality. Bad systems, bad processes , bad planning leads to a culture where problem solving of issues is heavily rewarded and no accountability for the bad decisions. Getting to work and parking is absolutely horrendous. Not a lean culture...
