Pros

JCDecaux provided a steady job and pretty good health benefits. Standard 10 holidays a year, 2 weeks vacation. It paid the bills and the work could, at times, be interesting if you're driven enough to make it work for you.

Cons

Poor morale, low compensation, no opportunities for advancement. I saw many people leave during my time there because their work was not appreciated an no raises or promotions were given serious discussion. Complaints and concerns are met with patronizing tone and no action. I wasn't given a performance review in three years, to spite requests for one.

Pros

The only positive about this company is some of the employees.

Cons

Senior Management is Inflated. Progression is horrendous despite the company saying they retain talent (Not true, High turnover they will rapidly replace a senior with a junior to save money). Often unqualified people will get promoted if the company can benefit from it, High performers are constantly ignored as this company only promotes if you someone above you moves as well. They have no consideration or appreciation for loyalty and hard work. Often heard leaders talking about how they enjoy their position because it means the can just sit back and let the others work while still taking credit. Taking credit for others work is really the main attitude here.

Pros

Good people - Ops team definitely kept own morale high Culture was decent

Cons

Sales team were favorited over everyone else Pay was abysmal Toxic culture - any grievances was taken to someone who had nominated themselves as the care officer and they would deal with it from there. When times were busy, and people were overworked, nothing was done about it (i.e. hiring more staff or redistributing work)
