Team spirit very low and unhappy Not clear roadmap Lack of management no training for new joiners Overloaded with work No opportunity to grow your career or even learn anything useful High staff turnover,people leave on their probation

People are friendly & outgoing. You can learn a lot if you are in the beginning of your career.

Cons

Very sales focused, for non-sales employees progression development is very slow. Salary is not satisfactory in the long run. Moving up the ladder can take a very long time and is on a replacement basis. The business is very much focused on profit-making, employees are replaceable attitude. Work can be mundane.

Opportunity to take the lead in projects and expand your knowledge in hands-on environment. Always busy and never a dull moment, job responsibilities constantly evolving. Flexibility with schedule.

Cons

Mired very deep in french culture from parent company, which makes simple processes difficult. Too much micromanaging and time wasted on meetings. Lack of additional resources overwhelms personnel and adds unnecessary stress.
