You fit or you leave quick, not a bad company but the all "we are the best and we can't wear jeans" stuff was not for me

Good opportunities if you are a political ambitious animal able to make everybody know about your work. Good salaries but low raise if you stay quiet

Cons

Veeery political, hierarchy is really important. Not for creative people and free spirits, really "vieille France". To be successful you need a diploma in well known business schools and blue suits.
