Pros

The pay is nice, the 401k and health benefits are nice

Cons

The engineering culture has been completely gutted by a leadership that just doesn't care about its employees. They've implemented arbitrary "developer metric goals" across the organization regardless of the nature of each team's work, and all of the greatest perks of working here have been stripped away. Tons of ICs, and even managers, have complained about all the problems, but leadership continues to ignore them. All the "squeaky wheels" are either fired or made so miserable that they quit. Everyone is burning out, and nobody in a position to do anything about it cares.

If you are a designer, don't

Pros

Good salary and remote work

Cons

There is little room for innovation in this environment, which is highly political. Many individuals in legacy positions, who should not hold these roles, remain entrenched. If you are a designer, it's best to walk away. Seriously. You won't gain meaningful projects for your portfolio and will spend much time justifying your work to your manager. Unfortunately, your manager primarily focuses on their next round of RSUs and upcoming sabbatical; they are not there to support you. Life is too short; you deserve better.

Pros

I guess you can say you’re employed? Honestly, I don’t see any real pros here—just more cons. You’d be better off working somewhere else.

Cons

There are just too many things wrong at this company to even know where to begin. Sales, customer success, and support are a mess, the metrics are confusing, and gaslighting is constant. They've taken away benefits, and you can’t even take time off—especially if your manager is a micromanager. They will crush your soul. If you’re considering joining, do your research
