Pros

-Great people -Good opportunity -Remote friendly

Cons

HubSpot has been silently conducting layoffs since the highly publicized one in 2023. Teams of people who have been with the company for years cut with no notice. The once vaunted culture has morphed into a recipe for burnout in a high pressure environment. What used to be a special place another tech company now. That being said, if you're going to be just another tech company, the salary should match. HubSpot still underpays relative to the market. Don't expect the performance of a FAANG employee without paying the price for one.

Very good team culture, PEER week is amazing

Cons

HEART culture is no longer a thing since early 2023, the newly introduced high performance culture is killing the morale
