Pros

Initially was an amazing place to work when first started there Remote work

Cons

Company culture has changed drastically from when it was initially amazing Unrealistic metrics and KPIs during high-volume recruitment periods that are impossible to reach Extremely high hiring standards, especially in sales department, where candidates are rejected for minor issues Micromanaging supervisor who was controlling and hindered professional growth and ownership High stress environment due to demanding hiring goals combined with poor management Office politics and favoritism - advancement requires "brown nosing" and conformity Inconsistent work standards where less productive employees who played politics were promoted over hard-working colleagues Transformed from a desirable workplace into a corporate political environment PIPs are handed out like candy here
