Pros
Highly effective onboarding programme, even for those who are new to the world of CRMs or Saas in general. Extremely supportive environment and reps are well incentivized to deliver early on. Culture is the best I have ever experienced, Hubspot actually do embrace their values in a way where it resonates in the office environment. Growth opportunities for career development are clearly laid out for all employees rather than a select few, hence why their retention is so strong.
Cons
No cons whatsoever from my experience - would thoroughly recommend if you want to learn from some of the best sales reps in the world and realistically have the opportunity to become one yourself.
