Pros

I have worked at HubSpot for 1.5 years and it's been such a positive experience. I have so much support and help and there is such a dedication to work/life balance here. I love going to work

Cons

I am not sure if I can think of any off the top of my head, Perhaps the one thing is that my territory for sales is very challenging and I don't know if they have figured that part out yet. Some growing pains here and there

Cons

It's not easy. If you're looking for an easy job, this is not the place for you.

Pros

This is a company that really knows what it's doing. They invest so much in making employees happy and productive. People are smart and genuinely nice. They have a no-jerk policy and actually screen out the meanies to prevent any poison from getting in the door. Smart. Management rewards people for helping each other and collaborating. Team spirit is so high it is unbelievable until you experience it. Customers are more like adoring fans. They love every aspect of the company and actually cheer us on! Another impressive aspect is the career growth. You see really young people leading big teams and growing in their careers. That is not something you see just anywhere.

Cons

Not a con exactly but as the company gets bigger it may be harder to retain the amazing culture. So far they are doing a really great job of it.

Great advice, and something we are investing heavily in scaling as we grow--if you have specific ideas that you'd like to see around accessibility of our leadership team, let me know, we are always looking to improve this. Thanks for the thoughtful review, and for your feedback. -Katie Burke
