Pros

Fun and exciting workplace Surrounded by really smart and talented colleagues in all departments, so your constantly learning and making great connections Transparency - this is the most transparent company I've ever been a part of. Career Growth - the company is growing rapidly and there are lots of opportunities to grow your career Support - the company is dedicated to making sure that everyone has the tools and support they need to succeed Flexible work from home policy & vacation policy Vision - Everyone is on board with the vision and direction of the company so everyone is working towards a common goal

Cons

Would like to see some more benefits around child care and 401k matching. There is no defined "career path", so individuals need to take control of their career rather than waiting for something to be given to them.

Pros

Too much to list, but in general: - Training: Comes from Oracle which is generally seen as a company that give employees pretty good training. I can honestly say that HubSpot blow them of the roof. It's amazing how much time and effort they put into making you successful (in the end them also, but still) - Culture: Open, flexible, no baby sitting, a lot of responsibility put on you. (It's not a place if you like getting told what to do all the time) - Promotions: Data driven and no BS promotion path. If you hit your numbers you'll get promoted, simple as that. (targets are achievable, not a walk in the park but would be no fun if it was too easy...) - Basically everything else (too much to list). Oh, and did I mention that we don't really have a set # of vacation days. 25 is minimum, but no one is going to chase you down as long as you hit your numbers.

Cons

- I don't know, that we don't get free lunch on Wednesdays? (only get fresh fruits during breakfast and salad for lunch) - That the darn snacks bar is making me fat

Pros

- Challenging (but in a positive way) - Learn something new every week - Feel like I work WITH my manager, not for him - SUCH a smart team - Really fun place to work -- I feel like I'm trusted to do the right thing - So much opportunity to grow career-wise - Transparency

Cons

- You put on weight because of the free food? Honestly, it's a dream.
