great culture, good people, unlimited PTO, uncapped commission, long ramp period

Cons

the quotas are very unattainable after you ramp. only like 25 out of 140ish ramped reps hit quota each month. half of my team is on a PIP with no plan to actually help you improve. also impossible to get promoted up market. constantly fearing getting put on a PIP

* I'm on the marketing team, and we have full access to Enterprise AI tools and are encouraged to learn. * HubSpot has a strong culture and wonderful values. * Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging * Thoughtful managers * You get to work with talented people that help make you better at your job

Cons

* Can be difficult to move up and get promoted in a large company. * In my case, pay isn't commensurate with my experience
