      Cons

      Constant updates and changes - I believe this could be both a pro and a con depending on how you see it... but as support agent it can sometimes be a bit overwhelming to keep up with everything

      Offers competitive salaries and provides employees with the opportunity to grow in their roles. It's a flexible company that will allow you to work at home or another city in your country. They also have great benefits.

      Cons

      Monthly quota Mexico is a challenging territory; it does not have the same opportunities as Latam sellers have. There are no equal opportunities in terms of quota achievement to everyone.
