      Benefits are good and people are nice

      Cons

      Work is meaningless and boring. Culture is terrible now with most people unhappy with the company and how we are moving forward. Since layoffs it’s more work less pay and morale on my team is just terrible.

      good benefits, lovely coworkers, amazing flexibility

      Despite constantly talking about the culture and HEART values, current lay offs show that for the execs profit is more important than people; I am so disappointed by their decision to lay 500 people off that I can only summarise it as being completely disenchanted. At the end of the day, HubSpot is an ordinary company, like any other, choosing profit over their people.Such a shame

      To be really honest, I have never found a pro in this job

      Cons

      It’s the most hypocrite company I have ever worked with. They pretend to have a “cultura code” but at the end nobody really care and there are all empty words. In the sales team the management is toxic and it’s clear that some people have a premium “treatment”. The law is not the same for everybody.
