      Personal career growth is possible especially with the positive trajectory of the company within the last few years, but there aren’t clear paths for advancement. You really have to advocate for yourself for promotion/raise

      The work culture is fantastic, you won't meet a mean boss or badmouthing employee during your entire tenure here. The work/life balance is incredible, paid time off is abundant. And there's plenty of opportunities to hang with coworkers and network. Justin (CEO) is great. Plenty of training budget and internal opportunities for growth are plenty.

      Cons

      You pay for that great work life balance with pretty subpar compensation. Salary is lower than you'll find even at other dating apps. Bonuses are lower, and stock grants are lower. Many of this supposedly has to do with the parent organization, Match Group.
