The company doesn't give you the medical insurance it promises. You get your payslip a month belated and without including days you were at work. The financial department sends fishy payslips and tries to deceive you. Even after more than a month of waiting, they don't pay the meal allowance, and stop replying to messages when you claim the missing payment. Disgusting.
