We have in addition reaffirmed the right to disconnect for all of our teams in our working time agreement, highlighting the importance accorded to worked hours. Our manager recruitments are correlated to business activity and are monitored every month. They are made based on the life of our customers' contracts. This organization allows us to adapt resources to needs, to anticipate and prevent too much activity on the teams already in place.
