Pros

Medical Coverage and the friends you make because everyone is suffering together, silently!

Cons

Everything else. Management only cares about productivity. How the work is done is not their concern. unfair management. pathetic increment. Micro-managing everything. They only care about showing the Asia office is the best and that everything is great here. Let me tell you. It's not. Managers never ever talk to the staff. Don't listen to their problems or issues. Only once a year during appraisal.

Flexible schedule and travelling around the world.

Cons

Very poor management!! "Henner is here to care" is a very bad joke. First of all, human resources department, among others, should start by learning some soft skills and being more open to feedback. Don't perform exit interviews if you are not actually interested in improving the company!
