Pros

Very good working conditions. Very understanting managers. Awesome product. Adequate benefits. Louge area with console games, pool, ping pong, etc. Advancement opportunities. Nice bonuses based on performance.

Cons

Not a lot of bad things to say. Taxes always a negative thing, but that's just living and working in Quebec, one of the highest taxable places in the world!

Culture is great: technical, yet people don't work unpaid overtime. Management is functional. Up-to-date development tools, fast machines, multiple monitors, real offices (not open-space like so many companies). Pay is good.

Cons

Location is remote, poor schedule planning, having a well-defined development process and good coding practices is still WIP.
