In the Mission Control team there was great challenges, co-workers, bosses and management. I always had my place in the team and they were open to my suggestions and ideas. There was also, a lot of technical challenges.

Cons

Away from the city, only cars can go there.

Department Team Leads are not necessarily the best of the departments. They need more skills and improve their knowledge to fit in their positions. Also there is no accurate evaluation measurement just based on individual's opinion who are not knowledgeable enough to judge employees.
