Pros
Most of the people are friendly Bistro has food for cheap price Gym in the main building Managers are nice and willing to listen to your concerns Very flexible hours and no stress
Cons
Bonus and objective system are pretty useless, and highly subjective and dependent on each team. Objectives have maximum score of 130, but it is not possible to achieve the maximum score according to my manager. Objective are not rated based on performance, manager determine which score you should receive and fill in the spreadsheet so that it adds up to the score, so objectives are pretty much useless. Genetec constantly wants to remind you that they are the best and that the salary is very competitive, but it really isn't.
