      Great atmosphere and people You'll learn and work a lot with new technologies The company cares a lot about its employees and helps them develop their career You don't feel the hierarchy that's present in other large companies

      Cons

      Very fast paced Nerdy The majority of the developers are in their mid 20s to early30s. If you are older than this age group, you may not enjoy it. The commute is a problem if you are not close, especially if you need to use public transport Depending on the project, you may work with old technologies No design or code documentation. You may have to reverse engineer in order to understand how an application works Many people think that they know everything!
