Good employer. They have a lot of departments and some are just amazing to work while some are worst.
Pros
I personally liked the location. Very peaceful place, relax environment as no one monitors the schedule. They have on site gym. Bistro is okay. Coffee machines on different floors. Trainer is available as well for fitness.
Cons
Some departments could be very political. The one i know is IT/IS Employees sitting there for decades are just playing politics. If you are a part of some cultural gang you will survive otherwise... good luck. They just promote anyone without even analyzing if a person is a good fit for leadership role. Which sometimes becomes very uncomfortable because they make stupid decisions which in no way goes in favour of the company of their business. They hire incompetent people to create teams that would do wonders! Salaries are below market. Those who are interested to go in should emphasize on base salary. Their bonus structure is very tricky.
