Major lack of management experience, maturity, process. Always short staffed, extremely busy and chaotic. You get the general idea that it is completely out of control. Unable to keep staff. High turnaround. From the inside looking at the rest of the company, you would never imagine that Customer Service is within the same company. In CS flex time is a complete joke (non-existant), you have to work Canadian holidays and Xmas holidays as well. Also need to work month end and cannot leave until you are advised to do so. Always behind, always stressed out. I do not believe anyone takes a lunch, you can, but god forbid you waste anytime if you want to leave on time Oh and if you want to take a 10 min break PLEASE be sure to add that on to your hours of the day, RIDICULOUS. To anyone looking to join Genetec CS, take the time to really think about it. It is not at all what they tell you during the phone interview. Absolute worst job I have ever had.

Lack of security of the job, always under stress that will lose the job, poor integration if you are not French Canadian, enclave spirit of small groups and difficult to penetrate. The managers dismiss people under mood, in same way that they hire them. Totally lack of professionalism. Gossips about other groups in company and former employees. Not worth to take the risk despise the facade advantages. Those advantages could be found in other places. Worst treatment that I had in my more of 10 years of career. Only if you want a bad experience.
