      Pros

      Tech focused company thrives on producing best in-class software for the security industry. Technically challenging problems inherent to video streaming and video processing.

      Cons

      Chance to work on genuinely new features are far and few between. Most work is geared towards software maintenance, testing and robustness. Long release cycles doesn't reflect agile programming.

      Pros

      Very good working conditions. Very understanting managers. Awesome product. Adequate benefits. Louge area with console games, pool, ping pong, etc. Advancement opportunities. Nice bonuses based on performance.

      Cons

      Not a lot of bad things to say. Taxes always a negative thing, but that's just living and working in Quebec, one of the highest taxable places in the world!
