      Tech Support Department is a mess

      -Nice location -gym and free coffee

      Cons

      Employees are put under lot of stress by management. Employees are evaluated on metrics which are impossible to achieve and makes no sense. Too much office politics. Do not get paid for overtime . Employees are not appreciated whether you go above and beyond to achieve results. Tech support is expected to give support on products for which they have not received proper training themselves.

      Pros

      Decent cafeteria, basic gym, some nice activities.

      Cons

      Employees are numbers that can be easily replaced (and they are) Management try to promote a good company culture but it is just a show. It took me years to understand this. Most important, they expect employees to do a lot of "unpaid" overtime. They care more about organizing their darn xmas party than the daily well-being of their employees. Management only focusses on R&D and neglect other "less important" departments.
