Pros

Reasonable pay cheque every month

Cons

Never seen so many idiots in one place especially in management; look at the board - absolutely so scientific talents and full of penpushers and talkers who had never had a proper job in their lives The words 'trust' and 'integrity' only live as words never in the culture - what happened in China and the US is only a tiny tip of a huge iceberg

Pros

The people I worked with care about the patient more than what I would consider normal. There was an emphasis on simplicity and efficiency that created standardization that helped keep people focused on their tasks. Emphasis on knowledge improved confidence in sales force.

Cons

Deliver more in less time was always being asked of every employee. The Patient First Compensation platform solely looked on areas of improvement and was not empowering to employees. Adopted a psychometric employee performance measurement that demotivated employees. Employees were only told their faults. Psychometrics being designed toward survival of the fittest. Learning was a challenge because employees could not review there assessments to improve in specific knowledge they didn't do as well. This left my representatives feeling like the company was not being transparent when transparency was one of the four value pillars.

Pros

- People oriented - Great, energetic working environment, office has a 'buzz' of energy which is infectious - Absolute focus on cultivating a culture of safety, openness, honesty and integrity - Leadership ethos that a working environment can equally be fun as well as professional, productive/effective. - Key Drivers - 'Leadership Capability', 'Talent Management', 'Service Performance' & 'Customer Service'. - On the whole 'walks the talk'

Cons

- Its' not all rosy, there are without doubt challenges, inconsistency in leadership capabilities throughout the teams & of course room for improvement - Long working hours - Compensation doesn't appear to move with the market - Too much change - change fatigue is very evident throughout the centre although this is improving - Consistently changing strategy driven by head office, which seems to be at odds with the centre's values & original ambitions. The only constant is change! - US/UK Senior Leadership Perception (not data driven) of limited talent & capabilities.
