+People -Friendly, Dedicated, Caring +Pay -Top pay in area +Work -Production lines are easy and safe! +Benefits (including any GSK drug prescribed by Dr is FREE!) +Growth Opportunity +Empowerment

Cons

-Changes in management -some were great, others brought the plant down -Work Load (especially for salaried employees) *** GSK sold 1/2 of products produced in Memphis Plant. Now entire plant is scheduled to close in 2020.

Cons

Analytical technology is behind the times. Internally developed systems and software are not intuitive and waste a lot of time. Senior scientists are treated like pairs of hands.
