Great company with a strong history in Pharma. Offers great development options for those who actively seek them out.

Cons

Despite the strong development focus for employees there is a logjam of high performers who are waiting for higher level roles to be available. The lack of these higher level roles inadvertently leads to some people having to leave to pursue career ambitions.

Cons

Merger with Novartis shut down Pittsburgh site. Not sure why in this day and age you have to have everyone in the same location. Co short sighted on knowledge loss due to site closure.
